Founded in 2002 by the Director, Mr. Mohd Zahir Ahmad, it was previously based in Sri Damansara, Selangor, with a different company name. After 18 year of management & engineering experience Premier Elite Development was born.

Armed with dedicated team members which shared the same attributes, Premier Elite Development had since embarked in residential, commercial & mixed development projects.
